[ROM] : de-branded ROM for Orange Monte Carlo/ZTE Skate [gingerbread]

Currently very much a work in-progress custom ROM for the Orange Monte Carlo/ZTE Skate device.

All the Orange Branding has been removed, and any applications modified by Orange has been replaced with the AOSP versions. The aim is to revert the device to as close to AOSP as possible.
